Personal:

I'm 25 years old in an MFT masters program. Lately I've been feeling lonely, in part because my hubby was deployed to Afgahnistan and in another part I've felt like I haven't been doing anything to better myself.  I've slowly realized that I really miss working out, I miss competing, and I just miss that feeling you get when you run and when you run well! My body may not physically run the way it used to 6 years ago, but my mentality is still as positive and competitive as ever! It's time to get back into it... slowly but surely!

Today I started month two of Insanity to get my circuit/interval training in. I've completed month one several times, and with my three weeks of running I figured I could go ahead and finally start month two. Man I'm sooo tired but not exhausted if that makes any sense.  I think my having ran for three weeks gave me some good lungs because I didn't feel dizzy or lightheaded at all. I completed Max Interval Circuit today and that was 1 hour long. Tomorrow I'm going to run and continue with month two of insanity!
